What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you give us: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your job. We use them to reply, quote and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

When you leave a review, we receive your name, email address, your ratings and what you wrote, together with your answers on whether we may use your words as a testimonial and your photos publicly. We only publish a review or photo where you have said yes. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

Our website keeps no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Who handles your information

Enquiries and reviews reach us by email through FormSubmit, a form delivery service, and our email is provided by Microsoft. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process your information only to deliver those services. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, carry out and guarantee the work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Published testimonials stay on the site until you ask us to take them down.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our use of it, and withdraw consent you have given. Email signature.82@hotmail.com and we will respond within one month.
